From First Conversation to Final Walkthrough

Most problems on a construction project don't come from bad workmanship. They come from unclear expectations and poor communication. Our process exists to eliminate both.

Whether you're planning a whole-home remodel, an addition, or a custom home in Denver, Boulder, or the surrounding Front Range, you'll always know where the project stands, who's responsible, and what happens next.

Our Design-Build Process

Initial Phone Call

We start the same way every time, with a conversation. We want to understand your vision, your goals, and what you're hoping to create. This call helps us determine if we're the right partner for your project before we ask you to invest any more of your time.

Free In-Person Consultation

If we're aligned, we schedule a complimentary on-site visit to walk the space, understand the scope, and listen carefully. This is where we dig into the details. We'll learn more about you, your goals, your timeline, and your budget, so we can give you an honest picture of what's possible.

Design and Planning

If you have full construction plans, we move directly to estimating. If not, we'll connect you with our trusted design partners or explore what's available in-house. Either way, we make sure the design work is done right before we lock in a scope, because the quality of the plan determines the quality of the outcome.

Estimate and Contract

With a clear scope in hand, we produce a detailed, transparent estimate. No vague line items. No surprises built in. Once you're satisfied with the scope and pricing, we put it all in a clear contract: scope, timeline, selections, and payment terms. Everything is in writing before anything begins.

Pre-Construction and Selections

You're assigned a dedicated Project Manager who owns your project from this point forward. Material selections are finalized, subcontractors are confirmed, permits are pulled where required, and a full project schedule is built out. You'll know exactly what's happening and when before day one on site.

Construction and Communication

Our crews are skilled, professional, and treat your home with respect. Your Project Manager walks each active project daily and keeps you informed through the Buildertrend client portal, daily progress notes, photos, and direct communication. You're never left wondering where things stand.

Walkthrough, Punch List, and Closeout

Once the work is finished, we walk the entire project with you. Any punch list items are addressed promptly and professionally. We don't consider the job done until you do.

Final Warranties

At project closeout, we issue all applicable warranties on workmanship and materials. We stand behind what we build, and we follow up after the project is done to make sure everything is exactly as it should be.
