Scenic Heights Build
Perched in Arvada, Colorado with fantastic views of the Front Range, this 1955 home got a second chance—and then some. Our team took the original bones (a solid foundation worth saving) and rebuilt the entire structure from the ground up, blending timeless mid-century modern design with all the function and flow of a contemporary home.
A thoughtfully designed addition extends out the back, creating space for a generous open-concept living area that seamlessly connects to a brand-new pool deck and custom patio—ideal for taking in golden-hour mountain views. While staying true to its mid-century roots our team was able to give this home a fresh elevated edge.
