Located in the heart of downtown, with views of the Rocky Mountains and city lights, this condo is the perfect spot to take in all Denver has to offer. Built in 1979, this condo gave us the perfect opportunity to upgrade the original finishes and provide an overall custom feel.
This high-rise condo renovation included a full remodel with hand crafted shaker-style kitchen cabinets, a bar-height walnut tabletop, the addition of hardwood flooring throughout, designer bathrooms, custom built-in closets and upgraded appliances. The custom millworks provide a seamless feel throughout and give the condo an elevated feel in an elevated city.
