This home has a special place in our hearts. This neighborhood was one of the heavily impacted areas of the 2021 Marshall Fire in Louisville, Colorado. We worked closely with the homeowners and their architect (who happened to be their daughter) from day one to help create a new place for them to call home. The building process took a little over one year from start to finish. From the first day coming home with ash on our boots from debris removal to the last day installing the mailbox, this project will always be one that we consider it a privilege to have been a part of. The home features a Scandinavian design with modern and distinctive finishes.
Favorite part of this project: Seeing the homeowners move in to their home and their perseverance throughout the project.
