Attractive mid-century modern home built in 1957.
Our design-build remodel of this property helped to create a modern feel while maintaining the home’s original charm. Our work included a complete reconfiguration of the entry area and staircase and the addition of a free-span ridge beam allowed for an open concept layout. Custom features include a two-sided fireplace, metal railings with a walnut cap, a hand-crafted walnut entry door and a custom kitchen. Exterior work included metal roofing, brickwork, painting, and upgraded windows along with a flagstone bar top which was repurposed from the original fireplace.
