University Boulevard Pop Top
Located near Wash Park on University Boulevard this home was originally built as a one-story residence in 1926. Our team completed a full renovation on this home, including the addition of a basement, complete remodel of the main level and a 1,041 sq foot second story pop top addition. The finishes in this home include semi-custom cabinetry, white oak wood flooring and custom metal handrail. The exterior of the home includes several design elements LP lap siding, stucco and features the original brickwork along with Sierra Pacific windows. This project included significant structural work, and presented its own challenges being located on University Boulevard. This project took our team 13 months to complete.
